I have no information at all about Otaika except for the fact that it seems to have been purchased for Flat Rock Forests Trust along with Matauri Mara and Kai Iwi.  The full PriceWaterhouse review said it was purchased from a related party.  I wrote to the Countrywide-appointed receiver, Jane Muir, asking what certificate of title was associated with Otaika, but she never replied.
