Hand Drawn - English c1875.  "52 Plus Joker" hosts an annual convention, with members coming from many different countries to attend.  The 2003 convention displayed transformation decks put together from the collections of many members under the supervision of John Lafler and Rhonda Hawes.  This was one of the cards on display.
