I gather this armadillo is stuffed rather than snappily well-trained.  Stuffed animals are like dried flowers — they get browner over time.  Why bother to stuff them?  Was the armadillo killed just to be “immortalized”?  Use a plush toy instead!  A stuffed animal (or part of one) is nothing but a toy for immature adults.
