Reading the Signs

Advertising people who ignore research are as dangerous as generals who ignore decodes of enemy signals.

Berkeley Bumper Sticker Research

Not long ago, overcome with a spirit of literary inquiry, I rode my bicycle around Berkeley, California looking at the bumpers of cars to find the best stickers.
Here are my results.

Most Obscure: Some day we'll look back on this moment and plow into a parked car
Most Enigmatic: Teach Children To Bark
Most Profound: Legalize Freedom
Hardest Forced Pun: Musicians are instrumental in world harmony
Tackiest Presentation:Went to Reno and all I got was this lousy car
Most Sensible: You cannot simultaneously prevent and prepare for war
Most Common: Oakland A's
Most Radical: Obey Little
(Note: this was a home-alteration of another I saw which said: Question Much, Obey Little)
