What's This?

Better than any cheesecake!  People find it difficult to figure out what they are eating.  Also you can adjust the amount of filling if you have tortillas of another size.

Tortilla Torts

12 ounces (340 grams) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
6 cups (1.5 litres) sour cream
¾ c (180 ml) confectioners powdered sugar
10 12-inch (30 cm) flour tortillas
Shaved chocolate

Melt chocolate pieces and mix with 4 cups (1 litre) of the sour cream.  Mix sugar and remaining sour cream and keep separate.

On a plate large enough to hold the tortillas, layer 8 tortillas with the chocolate mixture.  It will take about ½ cup (125 ml.) chocolate mixture to cover each tortilla.  Add the 9th tortilla and cover with most of the sugar mixture.  Add the last tortilla and spread remaining sugar mixture evenly over the top, covering all edges.

Cover tortillas with a large bowl or other covering that does not touch the surface.  Refrigerate at least 12 hours.  Decorate with shaved chocolate and cut into small wedges to serve.  Makes 20 servings.
